Dance!

Lexi loves to dance around and every time we go to Grandma Michelle's and Grandpa Mike's she now goes downstairs to dance in the dance studio. Aunt Syndal will put music on for her and teaches her new moves. She can't dance without the bright green tutu.

Naughty Girl!

I am sure you could imagine my surprise when I was walking up the stairs to my bedroom and I look over and I see lots of weird marks on Lexi's brand new TV. As I get closer I see a page of stickers that no longer has stickers on it. Yep, Lexi thought it would look good if she stuck all of her Tinkerbell stickers on the TV. I tried to take all of the stickers off before Brody saw (knowing that he would threaten to take the TV out of her room) but he caught me and asked, "What did you put on there?" Why would I put anything in the TV? What was he thinking? Lexi now knows (hopefully) not to put anything else on the TV.

I did not think to take a picture until I had half of the stickers off. Here is what it looked like after 1/2 of the stickers were removed.

Look at her cute face, she had no idea she had done something wrong.

Catching Up

Lexi got to decorate some cookies at Grandma Michelle's house. She loves to eat the frosting.

It has been a while since the last time I have posted anything so I have a little to catch up on. Last Friday we got to go down and see my Grandma Anderson in Provo before she headed home. I was so excited to see her. Lexi instantly remembered who she was and sat on her lap. We also got to see Allison, Skyler, Maddux, Valoy, Lydia, Aaron and his girlfriend Leslie. Saturday was Valentines day and we took Lexi to my moms house to have a sleep over. Brody and I went to Market Street Grill for the first time and if you are not a fish lover then I do not suggest going there. On Sunday it was our 3 year anniversary so we just relaxed and spent the day together. We picked Lexi up from my Moms and then went to Kylee's 1st birthday party. Then we went back to my moms and then stop by Mike and Michelle's for a while. The next day Lexi and I had a fun play day with Tara, Jackie, Jenna, Ava, Addi and Carter. We ordered lunch and went up to Tara's house and hung out. It was a really fun but busy weekend.

Baby Madison's Shower

My good friend Heather is having a baby in March and we went to her baby shower on Saturday. Lexi is really excited for the baby to be here and Lexi has told Heather that she is going to change baby Madison's bum. We are excited for her to have the baby!

We were all given bottles with a little bit of Crystal Light in them and we had to drink it all. The first one done won a prize.

I was not doing so good. It hurt my jaw.

Syndal and Michelle

Heather had to play a game where she tasted all of the baby food and had to guess what kind it was. Her face says it all.

Prunes. I cheated a little and helped her on this one. I knew what it was as soon as I saw the color.
Uh Turkey!

A visit from Grandpa Martin

My dad came down on Sunday and hung out with us at the house for a few hours. We just ate lunch and Lexi fell asleep while my dad was holding her and tickling her face, much like he used to do to us when we were little that I still remember. Here is a cute picture I took of them on the couch.

Mike's 40th Birthday

Brody's dad turned 40 on the 26th of January so we got to celebrate it this last weekend. It started with breakfast at Mimi's cafe on Saturday morning. We went with Uncle Shaun, Aunt Krista, Aunt Mary, Gage, Mike and Michelle.

Later that night we went to Mike's surprise party. Michelle and Syndal threw it for him. Mike was definitely surprised and Brody had the job of keeping Mike occupied while Michelle and Syndal got everything ready to go.
